Getting Started for Instructors

GPTutor is a generative AI-powered platform to enhance the student learning experience at HK PolyU. Instructors can upload course materials and configure AI chatbots. Students can then ask questions and deepen their understanding of the learning content.

Note: GPTutor is a teaching/learning aid. As with any generative AI, outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate—verify important information against your course materials.

Navigate to https://gptutor.comp.polyu.edu.hk/ .

Log in with your email address and password.

If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password?” to reset it.

Student login note (for reference): Students may use their student ID (e.g., 12345678D) or PolyU email ([studentID]@connect.polyu.hk) as the username to log in.

You should change the password after your first login.
